Challenges and Objectives

Often, making quality improvements to an already existing product is much more difficult than creating a product from scratch. It was also the case with Pollapp. We had to thoroughly analyze the app to determine its UI/UX weaknesses and find which improvements would positively impact its performance and increase attractiveness for users. In addition, we had to fix some technical issues and improve the overall performance of the app.

We based all our decisions on usability testing; closely followed iOS and Android guidelines for colors typefaces, layous, transparency levels, sizes and so on; and considered color inclusivity so people with sight issues wouldn’t experience any discomfort using the app.
