We asked a number of vendors to pitch for the work and selected KindGeek based on their credentials and flexible working approach

Full build of native iOS and Android apps from designs and user journey documentation connecting into the API that we had built In addition, an internal web-based administration portal was built, again, connecting to our API
What was the team composition?
Three teams of developers (iOS / Android / Web) along with QA, Project Manager and Business Analyst

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Key outcome was that we launched a trail service to a restricted consumer base in May 2019 and have iterated and improved the service as we prepare for full launch in December 2019
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Efficient workflow using Jira and Slack as the main tools along with daily stand-ups
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their team is flexible and able to bring in additional resources as required.
